Camden NODA, LandDesign- Charlotte, NC
Camden NODA | LandDesign
Camden NODA was the first in a series of four projects I photographed for LandDesign. Hattie’s goal was clear: highlight the landscape design in the amenity spaces, bike lane, and front entrance, with images that reflect both active use and the beauty of the spaces on their own.
To create a high-quality series of images in a cost-effective way, I worked with her staff, who stepped in as models after their workday. Shooting at optimal times—late morning and early evening—I then composited them into the images for a natural, lived-in feel. I also restored areas of the landscape that had begun to lose color and show wear, ensuring the final photographs reflected the original design intent at its best.
The result? A striking series of images that showcased the property beautifully while staying within budget.
If you’re a landscape architect looking to elevate your online presence or strengthen your next award submission, I’d love to help create images that highlight your work and attract your ideal clients!

“Paul is wonderful to work with. He takes the time to understand the subject and space he is asked to photograph, which produces results with more meaning. His communication is quick and informative, and his asset delivery is within a reasonable expectation of time. I especially appreciate his approach to business development (gaining contracts) as it’s communicative and not aggressive. I look forward to working with him again.”
“Working with Paul Lange was an absolute pleasure! His innate ability to capture the essence and soul of interior spaces is unparalleled. Every shot was meticulously composed to highlight the design’s every nuance and beauty. Paul has a keen eye for detail that highlights the character of the room. Not only was Paul professional and accommodating, but very patient when working with us. The images he produced elevated our designs, showcasing them in a way that mesmerized our clients. We highly recommend Paul.”
