CPL Architecture
Atrium Health Equipment and Wayne Healthcare UNC
This summer, I had the pleasure of collaborating with CPL Architecture on two healthcare projects: one room in Atrium Health and a full floor at Wayne Healthcare UNC.
CPL specializes in healthcare design, and their goal was to communicate the story of each space—highlighting environments that are both welcoming for patients and functional for staff. To achieve this, I aimed to emphasize the architectural details and rich color palette, while including human interactions that bring warmth and life to the environment.
During our shoot, team members typically stand in as staff to help illustrate real-world use. For one session, no CPL staff were available, so I connected with nurses on site who graciously filled in. Their presence elevated the images, helping convey both care and efficiency, and bringing the architect’s vision fully to life.
If you’re looking to showcase healthcare spaces with photography that communicates world-class design, function, and patient experience, I’d love to help. Let’s connect and explore how to bring your vision to life.
“As the primary coordinator of project photography at my architecture and engineering firm, I have worked with Paul on several projects. I have found him to be exceptionally organized, responsive, and accommodating. Even when we faced shifting construction completion dates and unexpected staging challenges, he remained flexible and solution-oriented, helping us problem-solve and make things work on tight timelines!
His professionalism and positive attitude makes everything run smoothly, and we’re very happy with the final results. For firms that need to coordinate a lot of project photography captures at once, having a photographer like Paul who stays on top of things and helps to build schedules is a major asset.
Looking forward to working together again in the future!
