It was a pleasure collaborating once again with one of my favorite clients, Xan of Congaree Construction, on this beautiful riverfront property. In preparation for the shoot, Xan brought in Leah of Shift Staging & Design, whose thoughtful approach elevated the space and ensured it was presented at its very best.
Due to scheduling, we divided the photography across two half days, carefully working with the light and conditions to achieve a cohesive final collection. Although portions of the landscaping and a few cabinetry elements were still in progress, the imagery still captures the craftsmanship and intention behind the build.
Through selective compositing and post-production refinement, I was able to seamlessly complete a few unfinished details—such as cabinetry—ensuring that the primary interior spaces and bathrooms reflect the project as it was designed to be experienced.
